Refund policy
ROLF WATCHES
At ROLF WATCHES, every piece is carefully inspected before shipment. Due to the limited and collectible nature of our watches, returns are accepted only under the conditions outlined below.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or incorrect item received.
We do not accept returns based on:
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
- Style or color expectations
- Minor variations in tone due to lighting or screen display
- Buyer’s remorse
To qualify for a return:
- The request must be made within 7 days of delivery
- The item must be unused, unworn, and unadjusted
- Protective films, tags, and packaging must remain intact
- The watch must not show signs of wear, scratches, resizing, or usage
Any item showing signs of wear will be rejected and returned to the customer.
2. Inspection & Approval
All return requests must be submitted via email to:
returns@rolfwatches.com
Please include:
- Order number
- Clear photos and/or video evidence of the issue
- Description of the defect
Returns sent without prior written authorization will not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping
If the return is approved due to:
- Manufacturing defect
- Shipping damage
- Wrong item shipped
ROLF WATCHES will cover return shipping.
In any other approved exceptional case, the customer is responsible for:
- Return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees
- Any customs duties (if applicable)
4. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply if applicable
If the item does not meet return conditions, it will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer automatic exchanges.
If approved, customers must place a new order after the refund is processed.
6. Final Sale & Limited Editions
Limited edition pieces, discounted items, and promotional sales are considered Final Sale and are non-returnable.
7. Chargeback Policy
Any fraudulent chargeback attempt after confirmed delivery will be formally disputed with full documentation, including delivery confirmation and inspection records.
8. Warranty
This return policy does not affect your warranty coverage for manufacturing defects under our standard warranty terms.
