1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times

  • USA: 5–10 business days

  • Europe: 5–12 business days

  • International: 8–15 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, local postal delays, or holidays.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on method and destination.

  • We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100.

4. International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide.

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Items

  • If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at support@rolfwatches.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Once an order is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, responsibility is transferred to the customer, unless there is clear evidence of theft or carrier error.
